I purchased the filmora video editor last year and I have just been charged for a second year when no where in the payment process did I agree to yearly payments. Customer service is completely ignoring my emails and requests and conveniently there is no phone number to call and actually talk to a real person about this. The whole thing is a scam to trick people into unknowingly paying yearly payments to this company. I am going to contact paypal to try and get my money back however i'm sure that my money has just been stolen.
